We faced last placed Goldball II after losing two league matches in a row to finally end our bad run. Just because of the league positions we did not expect an easy game and we were right about that.
We managed to create a big chance with only half a minute, Milán Rácz’s through ball was perfect for Ádám Bartha but even though he dribbled past the goalkeeper, a defender cleared the ball. We took the lead in the 24th minute when Dániel Pulai’s clearence was perfect for Ferenc Szvetnik’s speed. He took the ball and after a huge run slotted it home. Just a minute before half time our opponent equalized with a perfectly placed shot in the upper left corner.
The second half brought a better defensive performance from us, we did not allow Goldball any chances. This was the foundation for our win. In the 76th minute Richárd Turcsán headed Bartha’s corner into the back of the net. Five minutes later Szvetnik had a progressive run on the right, centred the ball for Turcsán who calmly shot it into the left corner.
